It was great time with lovely midwife Loretta to discuss about VBAC and it was really enlightening and very informative session for me and she helped to make an appointment with midwife before my intentional travel

Loretta has been an absolute delight to speak to today. She has so much information and is so patient. She really goes out if her way in order to ensure that her patients are seen, cared for. She is really a testament to your department and an example to all staff within the NHS. I am in awe that such wonderful people still exist.
