Thankyou very much for your patience with my son who's ADHD meds were wearing off for the appointment so was becoming quite challenging and managing to persuade him to tolerate microsuction. Also a massive thanks for the amazing job your have done restoring his hearing and fixing his cholesteatoma your surgical skills are clearly outstanding and this is life changing for us all. Thanks also for explaining things to us so clearly at every review we've had with you.

I just wanted to give Tina a massive thank you, during my stay here she would always come to check in with me in the morning to see how i was feeling and also just be someone to talk to about my situation. Because of just having someone to talk to she was able to open my eyes to the bigger picture of what i was going through and because of this i believe it saved me from making a rush decision and for that i can only thank you and please keep being the amazing ward sister that you are you will touch some many people with your kind and true words.

We brought our son in today with abdominal pain and were understandably worried. From the moment we arrived, the nurse who carried out the initial assessment was fast, efficient, and incredibly friendly — he made our son feel at ease straight away, which means a lot when you're dealing with a worried child. Jeffrey was absolutely brilliant. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly — his reasoning, what he was ruling out, and what to watch for at home. We never felt rushed or dismissed. He struck exactly the right balance between being professional and being warm with a young patient. Huge thanks to both of them — they turned what could have been a really stressful experience into a reassuring one. The NHS is lucky to have people like this.

I just wanted to say a special thank you to Nana and Marsha who cared for my mum after her operation. You guys are amazing and were so caring towards her. You are amazing at your jobs, which shows your perseverance and commitment to patients, putting them first. This experience has truly made me appreciate how brilliant you all are. I would just like to apologise for not bringing you both a gift when picking up my mum, so I thought I would compliment your hard work, it does not go unnoticed!! ❤️❤️ P.S my mum really enjoyed the food and the yoghurt so props to the chef as well!!

Please forgive me if the name is not correctly spelt but this beautiful kind soul Mariarma was my HCA the last few days i stayed on beckton ward and she was amazing and i could not thank her enough for the help she provided me. Whenever i was at my worst during my vomiting she would come in to help me by just rubbing my back or even just helping me back to the bed and getting me some fluids to drink although it seems such a small thing to me it meant so much to have her there just helping me through a stage that i never thought i would see the end of and i just want to say a massive thank you to her and may she continue to bless others the way she blessed myself.
