I would like to express my sincere thanks to Nurse Frankey , who oversaw my care on Beckton Ward. From the very beginning, she made me feel at ease and provided the support I truly needed during a very difficult time in my life. Fran was incredibly patient, compassionate, and attentive throughout. She kept me informed when my procedure was delayed and made sure I understood each next step, which meant a great deal to me. I’m so grateful for the care and kindness she showed—I couldn’t thank her enough. Thank you so much.

I want to thank my surgeon Dr Sawant and Dr Maplethorpe. As well as all of the anaesthetists, theatre staff/nurses, recovery ward staff, ward nurses, healthcare assistants, kitchen staff, cleaning staff, and others who helped to make my stay very comfortable after my operation. Thank you to Tina and team for looking after me, they were so kind, even went to my uber eats for me as I was not able to move, it’s nice to see nice nurses and doctors. I was there nearly for the whole day and they continually asked if I was ok or if I needed anything.

I was treated in the Special SDEC and by ENT on the 9th and 10th of April. I got amazing treatment and the nursing team at the Special SDEC were incredibly lovely and supported my demands and helped greatly with my pain and did the best they could to keep me comfortable.

Thankyou very much for your patience with my son who's ADHD meds were wearing off for the appointment so was becoming quite challenging and managing to persuade him to tolerate microsuction. Also a massive thanks for the amazing job your have done restoring his hearing and fixing his cholesteatoma your surgical skills are clearly outstanding and this is life changing for us all. Thanks also for explaining things to us so clearly at every review we've had with you.
