I have been here for about five weeks now. From the very first day, their approach and deep understanding of patient psychology made me feel safe, seen, and truly valued. Not only towards me, but towards every patient, they show the same care and sincerity, making everyone feel special. It’s clear that they love what they do and genuinely enjoy their work, and this positive energy reflects directly onto us. Having someone like this truly brings hope to the healing process. They truly deserve an A star. I’m so grateful for their presence.

Tina was an excellent midwife — very helpful, kind, and thorough throughout my appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly, listened to my concerns, and made me feel reassured and well cared for. Her calm and professional approach really put me at ease. I’m very grateful for the support and care she provided.

I am very anxious about blood tests but Nighat (hope I am remembering correctly!) was so professional and efficient - made the process much easier.

Didn't feel rushed, I was able to use the toilet just before and ask as many questions as I wanted. Tina found my baby quickly on the doppler and showed me the reading to see for myself, that was the first time any midwife had done that. I felt reassured about the labour process and prepared for baby's arrival at whipps.

My favourite sonographer ever! By chance my Husband and I were assigned Gregory for our 12 week scan. Having had an early loss that year, scans were a source of anxiety to the point where I could not look at the screen. As soon as I laid down, Gregory played my baby's heartbeat, it was the first time I heard it, and it immediately put me at ease for the rest of the scan. He talked us through the scan and picked up on some minor worries when I was speaking to my husband and clarified them e.g. why the heart rate was slower. He was amazing then and amazing at my latest serial growth scan, he didn't rush, tried really hard to capture my baby's face and made us smile and laugh. Whenever I go in I ask for Gregory, he's played a huge part in transforming my experience of being scanned from a scary one to an enjoyable one. He doesn't know our history, this is his standard level of practice and it is fantastic. Can't thank him enough.

Thanks to everyone in the team for being so caring, considerate and supportive during my radiotherapy treatment. The friendly welcome on arrival, gentle checking in on how things were going and encouragement was much appreciated.

Dr Saeed has a very good bedside manner. He is approachable and offers information in digestible manner. He was thorough and open to questions and offered feedback. I am extremely satisfied.
