From the start of my nans stay in this ward Agnes treatment of both my nan and my family has been nothing less than amazing. She acknowledges me every day that I enter the ward. My nan brightens up every time she’s in her proximity. My nan has been showing signs of Dementia over the past year and although she’s not in hospital due to that, Agnes has shown the understanding in providing exceptional care whilst acknowledging the patience and communication skills needed to make my nan feel comfortable and help my nan have an understanding of what’s going on. My nans only remembers her name since her stay at this hospital. I feel it goes to show the trust she has place in Agnes. Very friendly and very professional - thank you!!

Amazing lady. Has done a fantastic job on my leg which which was proving very difficult to deal with. Definitely recommend to anyone with a different leg.

Daniel was a calming presence during a tumultuous time. As the anesthesiologist, he took the time to explain the two C-section options - more than once no less. I was clearly overwhelmed and he found the best way to communicate with me, explaining aspects of the procedures that would help us decide what to do. In theatre, he was a constant calming voice, preventing me from getting into my own head in the lead up to being put under GA. Thank you for making such a difference in those moments.

Dalia you were an absolutely brilliant nurse for us while we were in the labour ward after an emergency C-section. Andrea (student midwife on labour ward May 10th) was brilliant. She was caring, calm and comforting. Andrea recognised us immediately from one of our community midwife visits and remembered details that we had discussed a couple weeks ago. This attention to detail and people centered approach is not only impressive but also reassuring for her patients. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
