Anna you were amazing! Sheer dedication you gave towards my mother. I have never come across a physiotherapist who has taken such interest in a patients need. You gave my elderly mother the utmost respect, were patient, courteous, made her feel comfortable and you smiled! I was attended to by a young male Dr called Dr Callum on 31/08/25 .I think this is the nicest thorough professional doctor I have ever dealt with at whipps cross emergency care he listened very attentively to my symptoms and started treatment very promptly he explained everything to me answered all my questions and I felt very listened too. Thankyou very much for your care Dr Callum exceptional care from this particular member of staff .

Aamar Tahsina Shirley Olu Fumi Manju Bandari who took the food order was always so helpful too. All looked after me so well. Made my stay comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. Cameron the anaesthetist was amazing.
