Each and every one of you has made such a difference. Your kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine care have meant more than words can truly express. During a time that could have been overwhelming, you brought reassurance, compassion, and even moments of laughter. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the way you work together as a team is truly inspiring. You are an absolute credit not only to the hospital but to the NHS as a whole. I had a gastroscopy today 18/2 /26. I’d like to say a big thank you to Mary the nurse, Jenny and the man in the procedure room ( so sorry I forgot your name but you made me laugh after in recovery …the treadmill ) and my nurse Gerald . I was so nervous and worried you were all lovely and kind

Our heartfelt thanks to Sandy. An excellent kind calm nurse we will always remember. He went above and beyond to make my mum feel safe and cared for. A wonderful person and we will forever be grateful for the attentive help and support offered through a difficult time and frightening time
