5/5 – Outstanding Nurse at St Bartholomew’s Cancer Ward I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the best nurse I have ever met at the St Bartholomew’s Hospital cancer ward. She has been absolutely exceptional. Alongside her student healthcare assistant, Chris – whom she guided and taught with remarkable skill and patience – they have both been incredible. She was able to anticipate my needs even before they appeared, from medications to comfort, and explained everything clearly and reassuringly. She managed to support every patient with kindness, calm professionalism, and unwavering dedication. All of this while also training new staff to the highest standards. I am truly thankful for the care I received. I promise I will come back to see her, as I have to visit the hospital very often.
