I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Consultant Shital for the outstanding care I received. Your passion, genuine compassion, and unwavering dedication truly made a life changing difference. I am incredibly grateful for your excellent judgement and decision making as well as your persistence and commitment to my care leading up to my emergency surgery. It was clear throughout that you never gave up and always had my best interests at heart. What touched me most was how deeply you care about your patients, not just medically, but on a human level. Even after the surgery, your continued support and attentiveness meant so much to me and my recovery. You are an exceptional doctor, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have been under your care. The world is truly lucky to have someone like you making such a positive impact on people’s lives. Thank you again for everything you have made a difference I will never forget.

I would like to formally express my sincere thanks to Nurse Nancy for her support during my mother’s stay on 14E. Throughout a very distressing situation, Nurse Nancy was consistently kind, polite, calm, and understanding. She took the time to listen, provided clear explanations where she could, and treated both my mother and me and other patients with genuine respect and compassion. Her professionalism and reassurance made a difficult experience more bearable. It was also evident that Nurse Nancy was working under significant pressure, yet she continued to act with patience and integrity. Her conduct reflects a strong commitment to patient dignity and care, and she is a credit to the Trust. I felt it was important to ensure her efforts were recognised and recorded. The ward was clean and temperature was good. We were even asked if we wanted the temp adjusted. All staff have been so kind and informative and professional. They took the time to explain each step and made sure that I and other patients were always informed and comfortable. I felt very well cared for.
