Dear Noura, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all of your kindness in looking after my mum when she was on Birch a month or so ago. You were so perceptive and brilliant at your job but you were also so kind and gave mum so much dignity, despite all of the indignities of having advanced Alzheimer’s.
