Cherry has been so lovely caring after my mum. She has explained everything she's doing to mum to us. She has made sure we are okay as a family. She is thoughtful and gives us little ideas to help mum. Cherry is attentive and very caring.

We just saw Outpatient area 4 with Gemma (clinical lead) and her receptionist. I accompanied my resident (long term mental health conditions) who had a short stay in hospital. Number of referrals meant audio hearing test was needed. Appointments are difficult because my resident often doesn’t “feel well” or will sometimes refuse to attend. Today was a challenge as this morning was tricky waiting for transport. We were 30 mins late for what I later realise was scheduled as 45 mins appointment. I explained our predicament and receptionist without judgment understanding my situation (from the care home with my resident) immediately bolted into action. Looked for the lead and they accommodated us in full. I cannot express my gratitude at them accommodating my resident particularly as it was a struggle to arrive, and still do the appointment knowing they might be late. They did everything efficiently and with empathy. Cannot ask for more but express gratitude to my colleagues for ensuring we delivered the best outcomes for this resident.
