A big thank you to Agnes for looking after and caring for my dad whilst he was on Elizabeth ward. She made him feel comfortable and not afraid to press the button to ask for assistance. She reassured us - the family - and helped us make some sense about what was happening to him and around us. Thank you Agnes for your kindness and professionalism.

Thanksyou so much for helping us to get Christina outside in the sunshine this afternoon. It meant the world to all of us to be able enjoy the garden together. We understand it is difficult but the simple pleasures of sunshine and fresh air are priceless.

All the staff on this ward who dealt we me were excellent. I was treated with kindness and dignity throughout my stay. Chantal was very attentive and is a real credit to the nursing profession

Laura is one of the nicest, helpful and always happy to assist you in any way she can, she would always go further than the extra mile and seemed not to get stressed with the pressure of looking after all of us patients, she is an asset to primrose ward, thank you very much 😊
