Thank you to each of you for taking such good care of my mum, Lucy last month. All of you were so wonderful and kind to my family and I, while working so hard to give my mum the best care, I am so grateful and appreciative of everything you’ve done. As well as this, you were all always so positive and created a supportive environment in what was a very scary time. I am really thankful for all of your efforts, thank you, love Grace <3

Kiti is not just a wonderful nurse, but a gorgeous person. She took care of my mum Lucy, in what was quite a scary time for us, Kiti was always a beaming ray of positivity that made ICU visits way more enjoyable. Always so kind, caring and took a genuine interest in getting to know us and putting us at ease, while always looking after my mum so wonderfully. Kiti, thank you for all your hard work, your smile is infectious, only 9 months in and you are already the most brilliant nurse, thank you xxx Love Grace

I attended MSK Outpatients (Physio) on Friday 2 May. Stephen was very diligent and spent a lot of time answering all my questions about my recent knee replacement. Just wanted to say that I'm grateful for the support and that he's doing a good job! Thankyou.

I just wanted to say a massive thankyou to Sharon for your compassion and kindness. 🩷 when my results appointment was delayed by 2 weeks due to bank holidays and sickness, and I was beside myself, you took the time out of your day to call me back and console me and promised to keep an eye on things. When my results did come back, again you took the time out of your day to call and let me know they’d arrived and my appointment would be when it was planned. And again, when my appointment was and I entered the room knowing nothing but expecting the worsed, you popped your head in the room, introduced yourself and gave me the biggest hug! I can’t thank you enough! You’re another walking angel amongst the NHS! 😇 thankyou so so much 🩷

To all the staff on bay C, a big thank you for your care and attention to myself, as well as my husband during his hospital stay. He had a difficult diagnosis. Your professionalism and kindness and just a friendly smile made such a difference. This includes everyone from the porters and cleaning staff, right through to ward sister and consultant.
