I can’t thank Rae-Hann enough, she made my experience of a VBAC so amazing! She listened and understood everything I said, was empathic, kind and supported me through a vulnerable time after a traumatic previous birth. I truly believe she was the reason I had a successful VBAC. Anyone who has Rae-Hann as their midwife is extremely lucky!

I had radiotherapy treatment with you from the 14th July to the 8th August. I was very apprehensive about this whole process - but you were all fantastic! You were kind and reassuring - even when I didn’t get the bladder/bowel combination right! You combined empathy, humour and professionalism in a way that put me entirely at my ease, and so made a pretty scary process (almost!) enjoyable. Thank you!

I recently stayed on rivelin ward and Emily and the young lady from chapel town (whose name I have completely forgot) made the hospital stay much more Bareable. It was my first experience of Jessops and they alone have calmed my nerves for the future. As a first time mom having an issue with my health is scary enough nevermind when you are pregnant. They both reassured me fully about everything and will forever be grateful that I was bless with such lovely midwifes that looked after me. Thankyou both again.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at TAU and the ENT team. Every single one of you was excellent, without fault. Your good humour, professionalism and warm friendliness truly made my day better than I could possibly have hoped for. You’re an outstanding bunch of people doing work that changes people’s lives for the better. Special mentions to Twiggy for taking care of me going into theatre, I really enjoyed learning about the brain wave monitor and chatting about Mauritius!

Thought I’d leave a message calling out the great work from Cat at Firth 2 ward in helping my dad through admission and in his early care in hospital. Cat made the experience simple and provided good clear communication, care, compassion and support. This was a difficult time for my dad and help was greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Andrew is so lovely and softly spoken he checked when i asked if i could have some stronger painkillers but i couldn't but he did explain the reason why i couldn't have stronger painkillers he explains everything so clearly and answers any questions that you have he is so helpful he is also very gentle when giving injections i missed him when I got moved to L1 thank you Andrew you are one of the best xx
