I have been assisted by two wonderful staff members whose names are shown above, who have helped me manage my diabetes without the use of medication, which I greatly appreciate since I prefer not to rely on drugs. Their valuable advice has been instrumental in keeping me away from diabetes medication. They took great care to address all my questions and concerns promptly. My records were thoroughly examined, and I received excellent care and advice regarding my issues. I felt valued, respected, and very satisfied with their attention to detail. I just wanted to say how much I appreciated meeting Betsy on the day my father passed away. She came to the ward and spent time with me, encouraging me to talk to dad, giving me advice and being so very supportive. I can honestly say that she helped me so much to make the last hours with my dad more meaningful and I am certain that my dad passed away more peacefully because of this. She was super caring and I feel blessed beyond words that I met her, even though it was only for such a short time. She also rang me following his passing to check in on me. Bless you, Betsy, and thank you for your kindness and the amazing job you do!
