Dear Olu, You have been the first friendly face my son found. Our admission happened in a distressing situation. You made it better the first morning when my 1.5 years old son smiled at you. Whilst he was on IV lines, repeat blood testing and was scared of all nursing staff in uniform. Thank you. We are eternally grateful. Little kindness in goes a long way.
