To all staff, you have been reported to have provided exceptional care. In particular, a staff member, a male who covered my wife's hair while she was unable. This is beyond what any Muslim would expect. You staff are very hardworking. Christine was excellent with her inter-personal skills. She was professional, explaining medications and displaying care and most importantly, not rushing the patient. This is a clear practice of #WeCare values. Thanks to you all, you have been amazing and you should be acknowledged for this.

Guided us to the Plane Tree ward for my mothers operation, went out of his way, with a smile, explained why it was Plane Tree instead of Poplar as written on the letter, nice guy
