My daughter was so apprehensive about coming to hospital and especially the idea of an X-ray, no matter how much we reassured her. But when Hamza came out to collect her for the X-ray he was so warm and friendly it immediately put her at ease. He spoke to her so kindly, welcomed her into the room and made the whole experience such a positive one - when she had worked herself up with worry beforehand. She was thrilled he allowed her to see the X-ray picture and explained her skeleton and bones. I am very grateful someone would take the time to approach young patients in such a way, more so when the hospital was busy and he must have had such a demanding shift at work. It made what could have been a really difficult and upsetting experience such a positive one - my daughter went into school and was telling the teachers about it! Please pass on our thanks

Wasim looked after our mother in the last few days of her life. He treated her like his own mother and my mother called him son.
