Children’s intensive care unit: Doctor Favour. Thank you so much to Dr. Favour for being such a warm, funny, genuinely caring, good-spirited doctor. The night we came in was very busy and waiting times were unbelievably long. So parents started complaining, and making the staff feel under pressure. Nevertheless, the whole team was absolutely lovely and kept being so patient and friendly. You are all so appreciated and we have so much respect for the hard work you do. We came in on several nights, with different doctors and nurses present. The previous stays were more stressful, so we do not remember all the names. Every single doctor, every single nurse has been fantastic and we could’ve not asked for better care. A massive thank you to the whole team!

We arrived on the ward with our one-year-old daughter suffering from bronchiolitis. Seeing her so poorly was very distressing, and we were both completely overwhelmed and stressed out. Ken unbelievably caring and gentle with our daughter, and he handled our constant worry and questions with so much patience. He truly went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. More importantly, he took the time to comfort and reassure us when we were clearly stressed about everything that was happening. We really want to recognize how incredibly kind and professional he is. Thank you, Ken for making a scary and stressful hospital stay feel so much nicer.
