All the staff who helped us were great, but these four in particular were so kind & understanding. They helped us to push for what we wanted, and gave us advice when we had no clue what to do. I felt so hopeless at times, but they made it one of the best experiences of my life. Thanks isn't enough, but it's a start.

Room 4 neo natal- Looking after Harriett Both me and Ryan want to say the biggest thank this amazing woman, not only has she been amazing caring for our little girl but she has helped me and Ryan through a very hard time, this woman is beautiful inside and out and I cannot explain how amazing she is at her job, thank you so so much Hayley for all the support and care, you really are a super hero

I attended Minor Injuries the evening of 5th August, and I want to Thank You all for your kind care and attention, feeling very grateful to have an amazing NHS and point of access ran by efficient and lovely professionals. I felt quite embarrassed by my falling injuries and I wasn’t made to feel this way - I was reassured, checked over and treated as prescribed. Thank you again for simply being amazing.

Jessop Maternity Wing - Labour Ward

I came to the Maternity Assessment Centre this afternoon (1st August) due to some spotting at 29 weeks. Faith was the midwife who did my assessment and she helped me to feel so relaxed and cared for in a situation that was really stressful and an anxious time for me. Faith was kind, compassionate, and had a good laugh with me and my husband which helped me to feel much more at ease. She took the time to explain what was going on and didn't make me feel in any way a burden, even though everything was (thankfully) fine with baby boy. We'd like to pass our thanks on to Faith as she is a star and an asset to Jessops and midwifery :) thank you!
