Thank you to all the team that ensured I received all the treatment I needed during labour to safely deliver my baby girl. Especially my midwife who remained so calm. You are often remembered for being truly amazing 👏

Thank you so much for helping me feel more confident and safe about having surgery. Your kind words and showing me around were very helpful in making me feel calm and braver for what's to come.

This lady is an absolute angel, she is kind, understanding, she listens and doesn't talk down to you, I had an embarrassing situation for me at our last visit and she makes you feel so comfortable, she really cares. She goes above and beyond her role especially in comparison to other nurses I have encountered at Royal Hallamshire and Weston Park. I wish everyone could extend the kindness she shows to her patients! Please pass this onto her manager although I am sure it's not the first time they will have heard this about Janna, thank you from the bottom of my heart x

I would like to thank the following staff for the patience and kindness they showed to my husband when we attended the James West eye dept for an eye injection for a raised retina. Peter has Parkinson’s and Parkinson’s related dementia making it difficult for the Drs to give the necessary injection. Joe Baxter, Will Hutchesson, Carol Gilmore and Lorna Forbes were all instrumental in ensuring Peter was given the injection safely. My grateful thanks
