I Volunteer at the hospital radio, I am disabled Thursday night going home a porter saw I was having trouble walking , he got me a wheel chair and took me to my car, he was going off duty. you can find him by checking this, He booked off around 10.10pm in the long corridor to the meain entrance, you should be very proud to have such dedicated staff working for you

Thank you so much for all the care you’ve given me over the past week. I am so grateful and always will be. And to the lovely Surgical registrar who I cannot remember the name of who listened to me after my gp and another doctor had dismissed my concerns. You have all been amazing. Next year I will be chairman of my local young farmers club, each year we raise money for the chairman’s chosen charity. I would love to hopefully split my money between a charity that works with Milton Keynes hospital? Please let me know how I can do this and what charity would be best! And the Paediatrics unit at The Royal Cornwall Hospital who have also been just as amazing as you guys! I hope to be able to give something back to mkuh in the next few years. Thank you 🫶🏻

Gaynor was very helpful, polite, patient and empathetic. I saw her on Saturday 12 October and also today 14 October. It is thanks to her I was able to find my way to the Cardiology department much quicker than on Saturday. Her directions where spot on. She was lovely

My appointment was on Saturday 12 October at 10:15. However because I arrived early, I was seen early for which I was very grateful. Lateefa was very kind, empathetic friendly and professional. She reassured me and kept me calm. She was lovely.

Want to say how amazing you restaurant staff our we have been in for last week and they have been brilliant always smiling talking and making my granbaby smile even when they are rushed off the feet always make a time to say hello to her which is amazing as its nice for my granddaughter to see the same faces everyday that are not doctors I can not thank them enough for there kind words and smiley faces thank you so much

Sarah was the Ward Clark in ADAU when I called with some concerns about my health. She was polite, courteous, and kind to me in the phone. At one point the line went dead but she made attempts to call me back which was reassuring. She has a lovely manner of not falsely/incorrectly reassuring people on the phone (which she would be unlikely to be able to do safely), but she really put me at ease in describing my symptoms over the phone and I felt listened to and respected. I think she really was the right person for me to talk to in that moment. I also noted how bubbly and smiley she was when we arrived, despite it being a busy night for her. She really was superb tonight and made me happy to have called. I hope she is duly thanked for her work as she did a great job tonight.
