Sarah was the Ward Clark in ADAU when I called with some concerns about my health. She was polite, courteous, and kind to me in the phone. At one point the line went dead but she made attempts to call me back which was reassuring. She has a lovely manner of not falsely/incorrectly reassuring people on the phone (which she would be unlikely to be able to do safely), but she really put me at ease in describing my symptoms over the phone and I felt listened to and respected. I think she really was the right person for me to talk to in that moment. I also noted how bubbly and smiley she was when we arrived, despite it being a busy night for her. She really was superb tonight and made me happy to have called. I hope she is duly thanked for her work as she did a great job tonight.

Craig Palmer is a security guard at the accident and emergency department. I was passing to grab a coffee and use the toilet the other week 13/08/24 and he went out of his way to help me with the coffee machine and how it works, not only that though! He went out of his way to get me a spoonful of sugar to go in my coffee. Lovely security guard! He should be kept on the job 🤍

Faustina was amazing. I was really struggling with fever spikes over and over. She was attentive and helpful and helped me through a rough night. She is superwoman to watch.

Very knowledgeable and great treatment plan from him. He was very attentive and also sympathetic to my recent serious ankle sprain as well as providing a more customised approach to strengthen my dislocated shoulder. Top mark imo.
