I met Leanne when having an obstetric ultrasound but Leanne works in the fetal medicine team. She is amazing! She went out of her way to have a chat with me about a few concerns I had, she answered questions so thoroughly and explained everything in a way I could understood. I can’t believe how much she knows, it’s just mind blowing. And for her to spend that time with me when she and everyone else is so busy, is very much appreciated. Thank you so much Leanne!

Kate is so calming and very knowledgable! She really took her time during my scan to explain everything and take it slow (scans were painful due to OHSS). She was friendly and patient throughout and it really helped me become less fearful. Thank you so much Kate!

Lou has been very supportive in my knee journey and ensuring my pain was under control post op. On the 19th November I was admitted on Ward21a for elective surgery. I could not fault the staff on this ward at all. I was in for 2 nights and they were kind thoughtful and very friendly. Well done to you all you are a credit to the hospital

Hi guys I am delighted with the service I received today. I was a walk in referral from my dentist so expected long delays. I arrived at 1115 am and was back out the door at 1145! Well done and definitely exceeded my expectations.

Would love to give a big thank you to Mark at the main hospital reception for going above and beyond today. My newborn baby was hungry and there was no where available in the hospital to breastfeed except for chairs in busy corridors. Mark problem solved by placing a chair against a wall and using a medical curtain to give me privacy. I really appreciated this as there are no breastfeeding facilities/room at the hospital which is a shame so a big thank you to Mark for helping me.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to Dr Haleema Ahmed. She dealt with me so well yesterday 19/11/25 and completely eased my anxiety. I went in very anxious and stressed as to whether I had kidney stones or infection and she completely put me at ease. She was friendly, kind and reassured me every step of the way. She took her time with me, didn't rush me and made me feel like I wasn't sat in a hospital. Please make sure this message gets to her as she needs to know how amazing she is!
