Very informative session. Dr really took time to explain things to both of us. Even though we were late we were given full attention and made to feel comfortable and welcomed. We left feeling that the appointment was extremely worthwhile. Thank you so much!!

6th October i broke my leg & i was fortunate to be assessed by James Advanced Clinical Practioner in Emergency & Assessment. He checked on my progress efficiently during the day, set the cast & reassured me throughout . Knowing a practioner is responsible for my wellbeing gave me best care Thank you James. Debbie

Thank you very much for the care you showed towards my elderly mother. You done thorough checks (ECG, blood tests, X-ray and scan of stomach area) and explained the results/everything very clearly. You made my mother’s visit to A&E very welcoming and she didn’t feel like she’s a burden. You’re definitely in the right job as you have a GENUINE care for your patients. Keep up the good work James.
