am so thankful for all the nhs staff who supported me through all the hard times like getting diagnosed with epilepsy and going through surgery.

I work within Mental health team looking after young people.we have a fantastic dedicated team. I want to thank all Mental health and physical health nurses out their as well as specialised nurse such as mc millan who looked after my mum. Exceptionaly whilst she was ill. Thank you to each and every Nurse doctor specialist teams receptionist home care teams.

The way they looked after my mother the time she spent there so I am so very very proud, grateful and thankful so to each and everyone of you I would bowe down to you all so I really hope you all have a very safe and nice quit shift
