Covid 19 was and still is a horrible virus. As a nhs worker myself and long covid sufferer myself, we have to remember all those colleagues who are no longer with us and thank all NHS workers for all the hard work we do day in day out.

My life was saved by a wonderful doctor who was on his way home but got called back to operate on me, won’t go into details but he was beside my bed in ITU and told me what he had done and that another 2.5 minutes I was unlikely to have woken up. Took a while for me to process that and realise that he meant that I wouldn’t have survived. I owe my life to him. ❤️❤️
