Thank you so much for your kindness and companion, when you look after me when I've been in hospital. Thank you all for the past care that you have given my family and friends. Thank you for your diligence in finding my cancer and my sisters and my nieces tumour. Thank you for the care you gave them and the care you give me. Especially the mental support which has really been a great help to me the past months. Thank you fir you're team work. And the comradery we see when we are in hospital or at the doctors surgery.

I can't thank the NHS enough for what they have done for me in the past, I have been in hospital many times since a few years ago when I had radiotherapy and chemotherapy for anal cancer, the nurses have been fantastic and very understanding, I have had to get tested every year for the past three years with an MRI and a CT Scan to make sure that the cancer hasn't come back.
